We are a Marrakech-based tourism company, born on the ground we travel — crafting authentic, seamless Moroccan journeys, from the silence of the desert to the courtyard of a hidden riad.
Morocco is not a place you book — it is a place you are taken into. Celeste Trails was founded on that belief. We design and run desert tours and cultural excursions, curated stays in traditional riads, desert camps and private apartments, transport with professional drivers, and full event and destination services — each one shaped around the people travelling, never around a fixed package.
Everything is coordinated by hand. We work only with licensed local guides, certified drivers, and a short list of trusted accommodation partners we know personally. Where a traditional agency forwards you a booking, we stay on the ground beside you — adjusting, opening doors, and solving the small things before they become problems.

Our coordinators, guides, and drivers are Moroccan, trained in-house, and live in the regions they cover. The person writing your itinerary is the person who will meet you at the airport.
From your first message to your departure gate, a single named lead coordinator holds your file — reachable directly on WhatsApp, with a duty backup always on call. You will never be passed between departments.
We work with a deliberately small list of riads, kasbahs, desert camps, restaurants, and transport partners — each visited, audited, and held to our service standard. A property can be on our list for a decade, or removed in a week.
We do not sell packages. Every proposal is drafted from a blank page, around your dates, your party composition, and the things you actually want to do. If two of our itineraries ever look alike, we have made a mistake.
A single WhatsApp number reaches your coordinator and a duty officer. Average response time, day or night, is under nine minutes. We do not use ticketing systems, automated menus, or hold music.
A weather shift, a mood, a sudden interest, a delayed flight — your itinerary is yours to change. Day-of adjustments are routine for us, not exceptions, and we will never charge an administrative fee for re-routing on the ground.
Whether you are travelling as a couple on a slow honeymoon, as a family of twelve across three generations, as a VIP delegation with security protocols, or as a corporate group of a hundred and twenty — the operating standard does not change. The file is sized to you, not the other way around.

Celeste Trails Hosted is our events and group travel division. We handle corporate retreats, incentive travel, leadership summits, product launches, private celebrations, weddings, diplomatic visits, and family milestones — anywhere from ten to three hundred guests, across one city or several.
Every event receives a lead coordinator, a duty operations team, and a dedicated transport fleet. Venue sourcing, production, hospitality, catering, security, press coordination, and guest logistics are all handled in-house, under a single contract and a single point of contact.
Beyond journeys and stays, our concierge desk assists guests with restaurant reservations, spa bookings, private guides, transport, special requests, shopping assistance, and full on-ground coordination in Morocco.
