Celeste Trails designs and runs incentive programs in Morocco for groups of ten to three hundred guests. We combine accommodation, transfers, private experiences, group dinners and business sessions into one program, coordinated on the ground by our own team under a single contract and one lead coordinator.
Morocco offers very different settings within short distances: the medina and palaces of Marrakech, Berber valleys in the High Atlas about an hour away, and the Agafay stone desert around forty minutes from the city. A program can move from a city experience to a mountain day and a desert dinner without long transfers.
Day 1: arrival, private transfers and welcome dinner in a riad. Day 2: small-group medina visits with licensed guides, afternoon at leisure. Day 3: High Atlas day by 4x4, guided walk and lunch with a local family. Day 4: morning business session, evening dinner in the Agafay desert. Day 5: departure transfers. Every element can be adjusted to the group's profile and budget.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most comfortable seasons for incentive groups in Marrakech and the desert. Summer days are very hot inland; winter days are mild but nights are cold, especially in the desert and the mountains.
You send us the dates, number of participants, objectives and budget range. We prepare a day-by-day proposal with accommodation, transport, experiences and events, adjust it with you, then confirm and coordinate every supplier. On site, a lead coordinator and a duty team follow the group from arrival to departure.
Yes. Incentive travel is part of our MICE and corporate programs, for groups of ten to three hundred guests.
Marrakech is the most common base, combined with the High Atlas and the Agafay desert. Multi-day programs can add Merzouga, Fes or Essaouira.
Yes. We can source meeting spaces and combine sessions with experiences and evening events.
